As you can appreciate, every case is individual and we do work on a case by case basis.

However, a price will be agreed prior to us accepting the case. Our minimum charge is £20.

We do take an agreed deposit (£20 or more) before starting a new case. This will be fully refunded if we can not help you. On solving your case, we will then ask for the rest of the pre-agreed payment (if there is any more to be paid).

As a guide, over 60% of our cases are solved for the minimum £20 fee.

How to pay
The vast majority of payments are processed through PayPal. This is a well-known and secure way of paying, and will be familiar to ebay users. PayPal enables the use of most major credit cards. We will discuss payment with you at the quote stage.

If this payment method doesn't suit, we will do our best to provide another suitable way of paying. This can be discussed at the quote stage.
