Case #233 - Climbing clowns - children's building blocks

Does anyone remember this children's toy?
They are hollow, with a square base and a semi circle piece cut out on two sides. They have two arms which fit into the cut outs. Head is slightly smaller so that they can fit on top of each other.
They are about 2 inches tall and come in bright colours.
Did you play with these when you were young?
