Can you find the following book?
Championship sketches with Portraits. By Alfred Henry Holt. London, Newbold Strand, 1862.
Alfred Henry Holt was a sports journalist. We believe this title (referenced in the book, 'Pugilistica', 1906) could actually be a reference to his drawings and sketches, rather than an actual book.
